Please join us for a very special and sugarplum sweet afternoon of music that raises funds for the ecosystems of the Victoria’s precious Otway Ranges.
We’ve planned a sublime late-Autumn Sunday afternoon for you that is almost as good as Otways bird song or summer rains filling water tanks. This is a benefit concert for the Conservation Ecology Centre, an independent non-profit conservation and applied research organisation who’ve been working hard for Australian wildlife and landscapes for 25 years. Ticket sales contribute to musicians’ costs, venue hire, and this very worthy conservation organisation.

About the performers
Enda Kenny

Edna is an Irish-born songwriter who has made his home in Australia. Through ten independent albums, his thoughtful, descriptive stories of his adopted homeland have struck a chord with festival audiences worldwide. A string of early songwriting awards has led to a full time career as one of the best entertainers in the world of folk and acoustic music. His songs are always memorable, often hard-hitting and spiced with plenty of humour.
“Enda is regarded by many as the best folk singer-songwriter in Australia. He showcases his brilliant songs during hugely entertaining live performances…Heart Tattoo matches wonderful stories of local characters and places with strong melodies. The album has garnered high praise from reviewers, including likening Enda’s lyrical skills to those of Leonard Cohen.” – House on The Hill “On small stages to intimate audiences or large stages to festival audiences he always holds the crowd in the palm of his hand. Witty and intelligent songwriting and a brilliant night’s entertainment” – Eleanor McEvoy
Amie Brûlée & her Jazz Trio

Amie Brûlée is a multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter with a vintage soul and love of old-fashioned continental sophistication and swing. She is based in Ballarat but has a deep love of travelling, languages and gastronomical adventures. Amie loves to sing joyful songs, vintage swing, French and Spanish classics and originals, and host drinks tastings. Her favourite performances combine music, stories and tasting.
Rhiz & the Sugarplums

Victorian five-piece retro-style rockabilly/honkytonk band, Rhiz & The Sugarplums, bring the sounds of the past into the present, playing old-school rock’n’roll and soulful country ballads. Their high-energy shows pack a punch with powerful vocals, clever lyrics, twangy guitar, and enough excitement to make a jukebox jealous. Their lively performances and authentic style make them a standout act in the Australian roots music scene.
